Hi there!

My name is Vanessa, and I’m a rising senior at Harvard University studying Computer Science and English.

I am passionate and eager to design & build human-centered tech for positive social impact, especially with my budding passions for women's health and uplifting diverse voices.

Currently, I am a Product Manager Intern at Microsoft on the Places team. Last semester, I wrote an opinion column for the Harvard Crimson and danced with the Harvard Candela Dance Troupe.

Previously, I also…

  • was Director of UX at Harvard’s Tech for Social Good,

  • interned at Slack in software engineering and technical program management,

  • did NLP research on SUGILITE at Carnegie-Mellon’s Human-Computer Interaction Institute

  • built moodring (Facebook Building Community Hack Winner)

I also enjoy lifting, ballroom and Latin social dancing, and visiting cafes in any new city I visit!
